Premium client manager
Tracy has over eight years of relationship management experience in the financial services industry.
Prior to joining IG, Tracy gained a wealth of knowledge of the trading environment during her role at a wealth management firm in Asia, focused on high-net-worth individuals.
Combining her trading knowledge and account management experience, Tracy is enthusiastic about building valuable relationships and discussing strategies with experienced traders to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.
Premium client manager
Marshall has many years’ experience in the trading industry. He worked as an execution dealer at our London headquarters' trading floor before joining our premium desk. He’s experienced in executing phone orders, both DMA and OTC, in US and UK equities, equity options, forwards and US and Hong Kong index futures.
He now oversees our relationships with our valued premium clients, offering bespoke account management, trade execution and dispute resolution services.

We recognise that many of our high-value clients spread their trades over various markets, and may not meet any individual level stated above.
Volumes are taken on the first of each month. Clients who meet any of these levels may be entitled to the premium client status. If you feel you meet or you’re able to meet the requirements and would like a trial as an IG premium client, please contact our premium client services team. Regular reviews are conducted so we can continue to reward premium clients who consistently trade above these levels.
There are no additional fees or charges for holding the status of premium client. We simply require that you trade regularly and at the volume levels outlined above.
